- Facilities ok - Aircon, heated shower, location close to good restaurants and shops
Cons -
- We were staying at the room 205. The mattress is not very comfortable as the springs come out but the receptionist came but just turned position, the mattress become very soft and unstable. The receptionist declined to change the mattress and scolded us not to simply request to change anything in the room. Furthermore, the receptionist told us that he cannot accept us as a guest because someone else booking for us. He threatened us to find another and won't be refunded. The towels are in bad condition. The cleaning of the room only once for 3 nights stayed. The receptionist mentioned that there were no complains from other guest except us.
- The room too small, no space to prayer and slightly dirty.
- Room too small - beds barely maneuverable. Have to tweak the bed so I can pray in the room
